In 2019, St Paul was declared a “minority” majority, with more non-white, non-Mexican descent living in St Paul than whites. St Paul has always been diverse, and we are stronger together. Our similarities are bigger than our differences. Especially on the east side, community members come together to help one another out, all year long.
